two complete portable crushing plants. Our primary and secondary plants are of the
impeller type of crushers. These two crushing spreads, with a variety of screening plants
and conveyors varying from 60 to 140 feet in length are used to manipulate the processed
material and stock the finished products. The portable plants and crushing equipment are
powered with either diesel-powered motors or electrical power from our two mobile
generators, 600 and 1145 kilowatts respectively. This complex equipment enables us to

stone required to meet our clients' specifications. Bertrand Construction manufactures
stone for concrete, asphalt, roads and meets the Ministry of Transportation's highest
standards of quality. Because Bertrand Construction's portable crushing equipment is fully
mobile, we can go anywhere to work on a job, up to 1000 km either in Ontario or in the
province of Quebec. Our reputation, which dates back to the 1930s, is renowned throughout
the industry. In addition, all our portable crushing plants and related equipment are
approved by the Ministry of Labour. |

| ertrand Construction, in
existence since 1936, operates a garage to maintain the more than 130 pieces of equipment
needed for operation. Having worked on a multitude of different machinery and vehicles, we
have an expertise in all aspects of maintenance and repairs. Our garage has more than 15
thousand square feet of workable space. It has seven service doors, that can accommodate
all sizes of vehicles, one pit, and a 20-feet high 16 M.T. overhead crane. We have more
than $100 000 invested in our machine shop and specialized heavy equipment tools: two
lathes, one hydraulic press, one industrial saw, two drill presses and many different
specialized tools from air ratchet guns, sockets, either oversized or undersized, drills,
hydraulic jacks, etc. The garage also has a complete line of welding equipment, steel
inventory, and a 2100 PSI hot and cold water pressure. |

and parts managers have more than $150 000 of parts in inventory for top-notch service.
Bertrand Construction uses computer software to manage the maintenance of its equipment.
Our garage and work team are licensed by the Ministry of Transportation for annual
inspections. We are also licensed by the Ministry of Environment for vehicle pollutant
emission inspections. We operate from Monday to Friday and our mechanics are certified
Class A by the Department of Labour. Bertrand Construction makes all kind of repairs for
outside clients such as municipalities, United Counties of Prescott & Russell, private
truckers, transportation companies and heavy equipment owners.

variety of hauling trucks to transport aggregate, asphalt, and sand to the construction
sites. Bertrand Construction has a commercial vehicle operator registration certificate
from the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario to operate its fleet of trucks. All our
vehicles and drivers meet the standards regarding safety, permits, required drivers
licenses and weight standards limits. |

Ontario and Quebec. Our trucks are equipped with two-way radios to ensure proper on-road
communication and top service to our clients. |

ertrand Construction owns
different types of equipment for rental such as: bulldozer, grader, floats, self-propelled
man-lift to work safely at heights of more than 45 feet.
We own many accessories to complement our equipment such |

for bulldozer to open new farmland. During winter, we offer snow removal services locally
to the municipality, schools, church and private businesses. |
