Bertrand Construction follows a five-year strategic business plan. Goals are shared yearly with all our managers and department supervisors.

All our managers have completed courses in leadership and communication offered by the firm Paul J. Meyer. With these skills, everyone works with standard agendas that set daily, weekly and monthly business goals, which are continuously shared and monitored.

This gives us all the ability to understand paradigms, to communicate effectively in understanding people and making ourselves understood; in addition, it promotes a win-win synergistic interaction in all our business dealings.
