ertrand Construction's safety policy is clearly visible throughout our installations. Two of our employees have followed a certification program with the Workplace Health and Safety Agency. They represent the management and the employees and are certified according to training requirements established by the Workplace Health and Safety Agency under section 16(1) (c) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Ontario. We have a Health and Safety Committee, which ensures that our safety procedures are followed. Working in a safe manner is the number one priority in our company. Every year we give a bonus to the employees based on a good performance with W.S.I.B. Finally, all the employees who have had no accident within the year receive a complimentary garment with the company logo.
